Hotel Pacific, Monterey, California

The event will take place at the Hotel Pacific, which is located in the coastal town of Monterey, California.

The hotel is located within walking distance of Cannery Row, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, and all of the seaside town’s charming shops and restaurants.

The guest rooms are Suites with a sitting area and fireplace. You will be able to indicate single or double-occupancy on the Registration form. 

If you request to share a room we will do our best to match you with a roommate if you do not have a specific attendee identified. If we are not able to match you with a roommate, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Meals included in the Registration fee:

  • Daily coffee and tea service during the retreat sessions. 
  • Thurs Jan 22: Dinner and Reception at Hotel Portola
  • Fri Jan 23: Complimentary breakfast and buffet lunch at Hotel Pacific. 
    • Dinner at an offsite restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. Able to select entree from limited menu. 
  • Sat Jan 24: Complimentary breakfast and buffet lunch at Hotel Pacific. 
    • Dinner at an offsite restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. Indian buffet.
  • Sun Jan 25: Complimentary breakfast and buffet lunch at Hotel Pacific. 
    • Dinner is SELF-PAID (not included in registration fee): participants are welcome to coordinate small-group dinners at the many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. 
  • Mon Jan 26: Complimentary breakfast at Hotel Pacific.

Hotel Check-in 4pm. Check-out 11am.

A credit card is required at check-in, with a hold equivalent to one night’s stay ($208) for incidentals. This hold will be released upon check-out.
